By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our website changes regularly and access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site or suspend services indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. Please be informed that you are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your Internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Product Disclaimer

The images displayed on the website are computer-generated renderings and may differ from the actual product. Product dimensions provided are approximate and are intended as a general indication of size. Slight variations may occur in the final product. The dimensions, diamond specifications, and other details provided correspond to a size ‘L’ for women’s rings and may vary based on the selected ring size in the final product.

Contract

No contract will exist between you and Divine Corp Ltd (ViXii) for the sale of any product unless and until Divine Corp Ltd (ViXii) has accepted your order with a confirmation email and a full payment is deducted from your credit / debit card or any other means of online or accepted payment. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (as may be defined in the jurisdiction you are based in) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.

Divine Corp Ltd (ViXii) reserves the right not to accept your order or, if the case arises, terminate the contract agreed upon between the user and us, in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for the full and agreed payment. Additionally: (i) if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item in the jurisdiction where the product is sought to be delivered; (ii) if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn; (iii) the item is or becomes out of stock; and / or (iv) if there is an error in pricing or content, we retain the right to reject your order or terminate the contract, as the case may be. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect and / or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from our not accepting your order or terminating the contract for the reasons stated herein, and we shall have no liability to you by way of compensation, other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question, less any transactional fees deducted by the transacting bank / payment portal.

Payment

By purchasing items on our website, you confirm that the credit / debit card or payment system that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit / debit card or payment system to use it. All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or rejection and / or termination and / or non-delivery. Payment modes accepted by us are clearly identified in the appropriate section of the website.

All credit / debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, Inc., which is a secure online payment gateway.

The prices payable for ordered items are as set out in our website in GBP (British Sterling Pound). Additional taxes may be applicable subject to the jurisdiction involved. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.

Shipping

ViXii is only available for customers in the UK and delivers only within the UK. We currently offer free insured shipping with order tracking details provided via our delivery partner once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary based on location and product type, style and variant. Consequently, shipping times and costs may vary for each customer based on these parameters. The “ships by” date for each product style is provided on the respective product page and is an indicative date which may vary subject to the availability of products, specific design modifications requested for and other local factors.

Our delivery partners do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Further, all shipments require a signature upon delivery from the person to whom delivery is effected at the address to which the product is shipped. In some cases, the delivery partner may adopt alternative delivery confirmations, like an OTP or telephonic confirmation. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box and will require a clear and verifiable delivery location / address.

Product prices are already inclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax (VAT) rate and duties. There are no additional charges upon delivery. However, return shipments will be subject to shipping charges payable by the customer.

Orders in stock, typically take five working days to reach you. Orders that are made-to-order or custom made typical take 3-4 weeks to be delivered, subject of course to the specifications of the design. In case of any unforeseen delays, our customer support team will get in touch with you to update you and provide information regarding any revised delivery date.

Gift Card Policy

Our gift cards can be used towards any piece of our fine jewellery from any collection. Simply enter the code provided via email at checkout. Gift cards do not expire, but are non-refundable, single use and redeemable only in the currency it is issued in. The Gift Card is only redeemable in full on a single order and any utilised amount will automatically lapse after the order has been confirmed.

Defective and damaged items

If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the defect.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At ViXii, we take pride in crafting high-quality fine jewellery designed for timeless beauty. We understand that sometimes, returns or adjustments may be needed, and we are here to assist you. Please read our policy carefully to understand the return, refund, exchange, and repair process.

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery. You have two options when returning an item:

  1. ViXii Gift Card – Receive a full-value store credit that never expires
  2. Refund to Original Payment Method – A GBP 300 recycling fee is applicable in this case. This covers the cost of unseating the diamond(s) and recycling the metal to uphold our sustainability principles. This fee is waived if you choose refund via a ViXii Gift Card instead.

Items eligible for returns – All non-custom fine jewellery (excluding personalised / custom orders and engraved items)

Items non-eligible for returns - Modified or resized rings, misused or damaged items, jewellery altered by third-party services, custom-designed and manufactured items, ViXii Creative Labs items, personalised fine jewellery with engravings, loose diamonds that have been set in third- party designs, shipping fees & gift cards, special drop and limited edition items.

Single item purchases above GBP 10,000 are eligible for exchange only and not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get what you need is:

  1. Return your item (if eligible).
  2. Make a separate purchase for your preferred replacement.

Repair Policy

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer complimentary repairs within the first 6 months of purchase for manufacturing defects. After this period, repair fees may apply.

You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website or its contents.

You will have to ship the piece to us for repairs, in case the piece has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of cost. If not, we will communicate the charges of getting it repaired and proceed only post receiving the payment towards the quoted repaired fee.

Shipping Process and Costs for Returns, Exchange and Repairs

In a circumstance warranting an exchange, repair or refund, the customer must return the piece in its original packaging to us at the address indicated to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend insured shipping to protect your package. ViXii is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of item(s) returned in its original form and packaging, the item(s) shall be assessed and inspected. We will notify you if the item(s) returned are eligible for a refund or they do not meet the aforementioned criteria. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The entire content of this website, including all jewellery designs, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name ‘Divine Corp Ltd (ViXii)’ and ‘ViXii’ is the sole property of Divine Corp Ltd (ViXii).

You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site.
